We ship Monday through Friday except on Holidays. Any in-stock items ordered on Friday after 1:30 PM (PST) time will ship on the following Monday.

We will contact all customers to the provided e-mail at the time of the order . Please provide correct email address to avoid delays in communication . All Items are drop-shipped from the manufacturer will take a bit to ship. We do not stock any items , so please no will call since we don't have stock in-house .

We ship via UPS ground, and by Common Truck Carriers. We do not ship orders to a PO Box. We also reserve the right to ship with the carrier and method of our choosing.

There is a $60.00 surcharge on any equipment items that require common freight line truck shipping (over 75 lbs. and non-UPSable).

Please note on all LTL Truck (Common Freight) shipments. Before receiving any order, please check merchandise thoroughly for any damage or shortages. DO NOT SIGN for any damaged merchandise. By signing for any damaged merchandise, you are assuming all responsibility for the damaged goods. Please refuse the order and have the carrier send it back to the originating address. If there are any shortages, they must be reported to Got-tools within 24-48 hours upon receipt of the shipment.

For any large orders, Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii requires additional shipping and handling costs. Please email postal code and item name for shipping quote or questions.

Return Policy

When we engage on a return, it must be made within 30 days of receipt of item and item must have an accompanying Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to be accepted. You may request an Authorization Number by contacting a GOT-TOOLS representative at admin@got-tools.com .Special order items, items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer and items that have been discontinued are not returnable. Any items returned must be in new, unused condition in original manufacturer's packaging. If for any reason the item appears worn or used, the return will be refused. If the item is not returned in the original manufacturer's packaging in its original package and new condition, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Credit will be issued on the returned item for the original purchase price only. Return shipping must be prepaid by the costumer. Diagnostic equipment and software-based applications are non-returnable and non-refundable.
