BATTERY TESTING Test 12 volt batteries up to 1200 CCA. Indicator lamps and audible signals guide tests. STARTER TESTING Measure up to 1200 amp starter draw with the high capacity inductive amp probe, and use the external volts leads for voltage drop tests of cables and connections. ALTERNATOR TESTING Load alternator output with the carbon pile. Measure amperage with the inductive amp probe. Detect bad diodes and stators with the automatic ripple indicator. GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING Measure from .01 to 50 volts with the external volts leads. Measure accessory draw with the inductive amp probe.
